Sheldon Estate & Aerial Photography is a boutique real estate photography business headquartered in Charlottesville, Va. Our small hard working team is comprised of an UVA '17 alumnus and a Charlottesville native who both love this area deeply.

Our process involves hand-blending numerous high-resolution ambient photos with flash photos to make one beautiful image. It’s a meticulous process, but everything looks big, bright, and beautiful! Applying care and consideration to properties of all sizes is a priority. Whether it’s a small apartment or a sprawling custom home, every image is given equal attention and care.

Real estate photos draw potential buyers to their new homes and we are honored to be part of the process. Making an image leap off of the screen leads to feet in the door of the actual listing. For this reason, we take editing after the shoot very seriously.
