FAQ

How long does it take to shoot a property?

Prepared, vacant homes under 2500 sq. ft. take around an hour to complete. Larger homes and sprawling estates with outbuildings can increase that time by up to several hours. If a home is not prepared or a homeowner is present, our time on site increases. To best serve all our clients, we request home details to be provided when booking so we may block out the appropriate amount of time for the shoot. We also ask that properties be prepared and vacant so we can deliver the highest quality product.

When are photos delivered?

We strive to deliver all photos within a 48 hour period and 72 hours for video. We offer next-day services as well (when volume allows).

Can you photoshop out unwanted items?

We're happy to photoshop small items for a fee. However, larger items are time-consuming and would be expensive for our clients. The best practice is to make sure the home is ready to be photographed at the time of the appointment. Remember - there is no replacement for a clean, de-cluttered and tidied home.

Do you provide parcel lines when shooting land lots with drone?

Absolutely! Keep in mind it's an estimation and not an official survey. And on larger parcels, a straight overhead shot is typically not possible due to FAA flight restrictions.

Why does editing the photos take up to 48 hours?

Many photographers minimally edit their photos or outsource them to editors overseas, which allows a quicker turnaround. We prefer to edit in house to ensure consistency and adherence to our standards of quality. While one property doesn't take two days to edit, our volume demands that we set realistic expectations for clients. For this reason next-day service requests can not always be honored - though we will do our best to accommodate!
